Does Digiturk ever answer the phone? I have been trying to ring them since 8.30 this morning or do they not open on a Saturday!!

thanks asian..ended up calling in at the office in the end with the box and was told I would need a technician to come out and have a look at it...another 35tl cause there's no signal!!!

I never call them out because of their charges I just take remote control and the box and wait until they fix it.

Not sure why you paid 35TL, we had them out last week for the same reason plus the fact that the guide is up the creek, when he came and looked, he said is that it we have bigger problems in Girne to deal with!

hi smithy...i did take the box in twice yesterday and they tuned it in and told me if it doesn't work when i get it home i will need a technician..i tried for ages ringing them this morning and gave up in the end when i got no reply...



hi asian...i did ask why i would have to pay 35tl and they said every time a technician is called out the charge applies.
