| Has anybody else bought on this development phase 1. I know two thirds of the apts are sold. Would be interested to chat to any body that has purchased

| We ae happy with the apt which is completed. Good quality finish. I was out in February so it would be good to know how the rest of the complex is progressing |

| hi, i v bought mine with a mate so he knows more about it than me ,so will get him to reply to you , but yes i think everything ok . cant wait to get out and see for ourselfs . any probs with elec or water etc? have you bought any furnitor yet? what was supplied in kitchen? will send you some pictures . |

| hi linus.
myself and big d will be over in the first week in june with our partners to look for ourseleves at the apartment and the area,we are in block 12 we have paid the second payment so it cannot be far from being finished,august was the date we were given for completion but time will tell! i think the last payment was due when all the site was completely finished including the elec and water being connected(will have to check that out). glad you are happy with your place will let you know more in june.we brought off plan, did you so this is our first visit touch wood all will be ok,fingers crossed.
