Hi Pipie,

We have 57 properties on the main site and they are made up of detached bungalows and detached villas plus 28 2 bed apartments in blocks of 4. There are 21 one bed apartments which have just been finished. We have 3 huge pools to maintain and extensive communal gardens, plus a catalogue of repairs to do left by our developer who managed the site until may of this year. For the 57 properties we all paid in excess of £1200 per annum but once the repairs are done and the new apartments start paying we should hopefully be able to reduce this. As it is our first year of fund managing our site, it was difficult to guage how much money we would need, as we could only go by what the core services would cost. We have found out that the estimate for water was unrealistic and we have over estimated for other things. Next year we should have a much clearer idea.

Hi Pipie,

I forgot to mention that FCC did not set the service charge but the committee.
