First of all i want to explain my problem with CTA, I have bought 3 tickets from thir internet site. two of them bought on 6 oct and the other 20 oct. At the end of the procedure tickets will be 148,49 126,68 and 335,65 in TRY but when i see my credit card statement i found that they charged me 159,03 135,68 and 359,48 in TRY all the prices will be multiple of 1.071 thats148,49*1.071=159,03 and so on. I asked them why this occurs they cant answer me and i still wait for return. If anyone has the same problem please write to them so that we can have return. Tnx

They have charged you 7.1% more than the price you agreed. Keep on asking them for an explanation.

I have never noticed this myself, but will watch very carefully next time.

Are you sure it was CTA charging the extra and not the card company or payment handler?

I'm sure that was not caused by card company (bank) but can be caused by payment handler (virtuallythere.com which was used by CTA). But CTA has no explanation with this.

I booked a month ago for my son to come over with his wife and little boy. No problems at all paid in full on credit card and exact money taken out.
