Earlier this week somebody asked if they would be a flyover by the Turkish Airforce and I said probably not - well I was wrong and apologise. In today's paper it says there will be a flyover and will take place at 2.30 pm in Girne. Once again apologies.

They usually carry out a 'checking of airspace' on the Saturday before and do airspace overruns just to make sure that any airspace outside of their intended flight area is safe in the event of an emergency. Not sure what time they do it on Saturday but we can always see it from our balcony in Alsancak.
