I really have had very few problems with them in 3 years. So no complaints from me.

the engineers are good, it's the people on the phones that let them down. I'll be publishing Day 2 of the saga tomorrow.

Have never had anything that kept me off air for long. I pay through Gwyn who is my contact and I have to say she gets things sorted very quickly.

i have had loads of problems always lose connection at some point most days makes mne mad but dont know any one that is better do you all seem the same.

Was originally with the Internet Club and now Extend when they took them over and have had no real problems. Always contact them via Gwynn (ex Internet Club) and always received good service.

The frontline answering is very poor, they try and fob you off but have to say WHEN you do manage to get an engineer they seem very efficient.
