| Mine went down twice yesterday, rang the help desk they said because of a power cut they had had, but you get a different story every time you ring them. |

| I returned to Extend earlier this year after a brief flirtation with 3G. I do all my business through Gwyn & Paul. I've phoned them once or twice after experiencing problems and they've dealt with my queries promptly and efficiently. Their service is free so use it! |

| Always deal with Gwyn & Paul & always get a prompt reply and any problems with Extend or our internet tv are sorted pronto. Highly recommended. |

| I would also highly recommend Paul and Gwyn. I have had a few problems of late with my lap top all of which Paul and Gwyn have sorted out at a reasonable price. Added to this I have had my lap top loaded with Catch Up TV. They also arranged my bandwidth to be increased with Extend which is well worth the cost as I have been watching live BBC 1 for the last couple of hours with no problems. |
