Credit crunch, no easy loans, markets in crises, no good news, Property prices dropping in the UK. So has the bubble in NC ? Is now the time to get a good deal or have prices further to drop? signs are investors are offloading, get a good deal now or shall we hang on and get a better one. Whats the view of the people out there.

The question might be 'is it a good idea to buy property in the TRNC whatever the price?'

I don't think many would consider that sort of discount unless they have severe financial/family problems. However I do think bargains are definitely there and offering the advertised price less 15% could get you the place of your dreams.

Hi wackyjim, had a look at a few places now completed that are being sold for the price payed off plan, these cases are normaly from investors that are just wanting back there pennies as they can see the market downturn, also good reductions on some of the less well presented sites from overstreached smaller developers. My view give it another 5 to 10 months real good deals to be had if summer provides little fruit for the NC property market.
