Good Day All…



I am looking for someone who resides in the Kyrenia area to join “Phillips in Cyprus” as a full time working partner to whom I am willing to offer a 50% share in the business. This is due to our expansion programme within the business and I preferably require someone with knowledge of the property market.

I now reside in UK more than Cyprus due to further business commitments and I need someone who is in Cyprus on a permanent basis.

I have an office in UK and one in the centre of Kyrenia and also a Turkish Cypriot partner.

Our expansion programme relates to specialising in Re-sale properties from private vendors rather than off plan as we have done in the past. This means that the person joining us would have to view and take details and pictures of the properties that we are given for sale and send them to our UK office to be added to the system and our website.

We also wish to expand on our rental side of the business, offering both short and long term rentals.

My Turkish Cypriot partner Suleyman Yalin, who I have known and worked with since 1984, and I own one hundred per cent of “Phillips in Cyprus” but when a new working partner has been chosen, Suleyman and I will share fifty per cent equally and the new partner will own fifty per cent outright.



This business opportunity would suit someone who likes meeting people and who

is self-motivated and business minded. Fifty per cent share for 25K investment.

25K for what? for an running estate agency in TRNC? and also 50% shares of the company in UK?
