| Yes the property is complete and ready to move into. As both house and garden are "blank canvasses" it would really suit someone wanting a long term rental. TW |

I would aslo like to know if work on the new marina has started yet? I thought it was starting at the end of July and then the end of August. It is now almost the end of November and I am beginning to join the doubters who say it is never going to happen.

| The marina project now has full permissions to proceed. There were problems with the antiquities department but they seem to have been resolved.
No work has started as the financing is not complete. It's probably not wise to try and hold your breath until the project starts.
