| Be careful if you visit Cyprus Eye Clinic in Girne my friend was enquiring about having laser eye treatment and was invited to take a test just to see if it would be possible no mention of a fee at this point, after the test they wanted 85 YTL. Dont make the same mistake always ask about such things or you will get ripped off!! Beware!! |

| thanks for the info Mustafa, should never be charged if they were only doing a test, or it should have been pointed out there would be a fee for the trial test |

| Thanks for the warning - it would probably be cheaper to fly to Moscow and get the job done there! I've already had my house, swimming pool, TV, car, etc 'Cypriotised' - I don't think I'll take that chance with my eyes just yet! |

| Perhaps if one had the intelligence to enquire whether or not there would be a charge for the test then one would not get 'Ripped off', I think was the term you used. |
