Watch out in TRNC, if it's advertised as Leather it probably isn't. Make sure it actually is leather before you buy it. The "Leather" sold there is glorified PVC. MC

You can buy real leather suites in great designs from Olguns. They are not Land of Leather prices but they are good quality. Either in Lefkosa or new store on main road towards Catalkoy on right. They have a website. Either Akin or Chris.

if you are unsure if its leather or artificial then ask the dealer if he is prepared to put a cigarette lighter to it. If its real leather he wont mind cause it wont burn like the artificial stuff does. The store I bought from did it for me when I asked. (its true)

Hi, I visited a shop on the Ercan airport road (between Airport and Nicossia). Coming from the Airport the shop is on the left hand side. The shops name is Edip Elektronik Ltd, tel 05338601511 (009). http://www.edipelectronics.com e-mail edip@kibris.net The Directors name is Ayse Edip. She is extremely helpful and depending on what you buy she will offer very good discounts. She has some lovely stock and is well worth the visit.

Hello, If you purchase items from Toros, Daniella is very helpful, as is Kerem the director, he is based in Nicossia. They will give you a price but try and get 15% discount as they will do this, we pushed for a bit more but they stood fast. The price will include delivery and installation of items. We shopped about a lot, and found they had by far the best range and quality to offer. Avoid Bosch shop - their prices are shocking! Whilst you are at Toros they stock copies of 'Buzz' which is a free pamphlet containing a list of very useful numbers when living in TRNC, I recommend you pick one up. Good luck Regards, Av Regards,
