yep, we are. constand freezing and losing some altogether for a couple of days. Not just this weekend either, all of last week we had problems.

Yes, we are having problems too.



We have very little internet connection at all during the day, a few hours early in the morning and then late at night, I've emailed too but no response yet.

I was having problems a week or so ago, adel came round three times finally fixed it, had only minor problem since which was a server fault when trying to get to certain website only. My tv worked internet with bbc pages, not cyp44 or accuweather, each time a message along the lines of dns server not available. Digital Supreme work hard to sort any problems, sometimes you may think he is not responding, but he will be working on most of the problems from the office. I believe he is currently looking into providing 30/32 more chanels including bbc/itv and uk sky the investment is quite expensive. hope he gets it. Most of us post complaints why do we not praise suppliers when things are going right??
