does anyone know ıf you can buy wholemeal bread for a breadmaker. Have seen whıte flour over here and over the greek sıde, but no wholemeal.

Yes. It's available locally. I believe it's manufactured by "Soke" in various forms and available at most supermarkets. Try Starlings, Tempo or Bektas.

Available in most supermarkets and sold in a brown bag..........only one size.

Starling on the west side haven't got it, Ileli have been trying to get it for me, they have got wholegrain bread mix, which contains 2x 500g flour + 2x yeast sachets, and you can still make it in a bread maker. 'Soke' is the make though.



Last time I looked in Tempo (couple of months back) they hadn't got any, I should have looked in Bektas I was in there today!

Bektas had some, bought some a few days ago and there were a few bags left. 1kg bag about 2.40TL whereas the "kits" are nearly 5TL for 1kg.

'Kepekli' is 'mixed with bran,' I might be wrong but I don't think it can be classed as wholegrain.
