New here and so don't know where to buy Christmas cards, if it is possible to do so. Is there a shop in Girne, or Lefkosa?

Neither of those places but Lambousa Saturday market has stalls selling cards for most events.

Christmas cards can be bought form All Occasions which is in karoglanoglou on the right hand side just before Lemar supermarket on the left.

I always bring a good stock of cards for every event when I go back to UK, very expensive here x

you can buy some lovely ones from the animal rescue shop in Girne near the fire station or go the the Christmas Bazaar on 12th December held in the teachers hotel near Sammys Hotel

Handmade Christmas cards, also personalised, can be bought at The Carpenters Craft and Farmers Market, Karaoglanoglu, on a Friday between 10am and 1pm. A number of stalls have them. To get to the market turn right just past Bektas Supermarket if coming from Kyrenia; if approaching from Lapta turn left just past Bells Food Service.

Deniz plaza sell them in Girne, opposite side to Ezic chicken or in town square, also the kits to make your own. Either way, much cheaper than Lambousa, but there again, where isn't?

Hey!

Don'y have a go at Lambousa ...... like all markets there is a mixture of nice stuff and rubbish.

I bought some beautiful hand-made cards from alady on there last week. They were really pretty and were hand embroidered ....lots of work had clearly gone into making them!
