Probably not as the motor speed is more than likely the same as the 1/2 horse power one. Depends on the pump impeller. Is that being changed also?

Hi Tatty I had my changed a couple of weeks ago when over my place, it has made a vast difference changed from a 0.5 hp to a 1.5hp the water pressure on the upstaires shower is now like having hail stones come at you. It cost £260 but worth every penny.

Thats alot of money for that make pump. 1Hp for that make is selling for about 150 tl at the marshall shop on the way to karakum and I think he can get someone to fit it as well. They are not cheap pumps but they are not to end.

Tatty You need to check to see if your system is pressurised. If not and the pump is merely supplying the roof tank then it will make no difference at all. John Cyprus Solutions 0533 836 7094
