Nilesat/Showtime problem Meta TV

Has anyone else had problems in the last 24hrs with Meta provided Nilesat/Showtime all the showtime/bbc etc programs lost mid yesterday, just Fox movies/BBC World news left. No problems with our internet and because its Bayram the shop is closed.. Any advise anyone pls...????

Not sure how it works but it has worked fantastically until now. Their service has been great for the past 4 months we've been with them, just with Bayram we can't take it in and wre wondering if we were the only ones with the problems or if anyone had any advice i.e. if metasat came online.

OK, Does your receiver have a Showtime Arabia smart card in a card reader slot - or are you relying on an internet data feed to unscramble the channels?



If the latter - you are relying on a pirated decryption data feed - either you aren't getting it , or the 'card sharing service' isn't working.



If you have Showtime Arabia Card... turn off the receiver for 2 minutes - at the mains - turn it on again.. hopefully viewing is restored.



If not remove the card and put it in and out a few times.

Hi we have showtime with meta and ours has been off since yesterday too. Rang up and we were told they will look into it!!!!! We will probably have to wait until after bayram now but don't hold your breath. Usually it is quite good only freezing now and then.

meta tv is anather card sharing system like dophi tv and digital supreme satellite .i sell original cart for showtime.never proplem .
