| Can anyone provide me with an update on the progress of Mr and Mrs Orams court case, I thought it was due back in court in the UK in November. |

| One of the comments on the earlier thread was from me, who wrote a comment at the end of the case, including remarks from Linda herself. But as Paul says - wait and see! The case took 2 days, with arguments on both sides; Embargoed! kept a 24 hour vigil, and two ladies had placards outside the court which produced some 'interesting' conversations. But it is now wait for the judgement, which might be 3 months or so. No one know,s including the Orams themselves, who are getting on with their lives - and they suggest that everyone else does the same. There is no indication whatsoever as to which way the 'axe' will fall , but if it goes against the Orams there is a likelihood that further court actions will be taken. Hope that helps! |
