Mal Could you not have more than one choice. One might to do two or three of the things in your poll in equal measure. For example I would complain to the bank and also sign a petition. Loved choice 3,by the way.

I thought about this but it messes up the statistics which I'd like to use to see which choice voters saw as the most important action. So for you girne_29 would it be bank or petition?

of course there is OTHER ANSWER as well, e.g. "bank and petition," but in reality finding out that you have a mortgage on your property, and then finding out which bank it is with, could prove difficult.

1 person asked that we name and shame those banks who put mortgages on sold properties, well here we go again let's see if it has any effect: 1. Koop Bank 2. Iktisat Bank 3. Limassol Bank

Hi Mal re mess 3 If choosing one ,it would be sign and protest as the better option than complain to bank.Complain to bank would be pointless as they must know what they are doing is wrong with or without a complaint. As in qusestion 1 ,it doesnt affect me directly, however the destruction of the property market affects everybody and its in everyones longterm interest, not just investors.

I think you're right girne_29, it is in everyone's interest and even though I personally am not affected it makes me sad that so many people's dreams have been ruined
