What with Bayram just gone and New Year soon, I'd wait until at least January before going over there.

There is a phone number to find out if it's ready. I'm sure someone will oblige with it.

Baydweller I left the country and returned twice whilst waiting for my renewal stamp. It is no problem at all. They will simply give you a new 90 day visa when you return.

Filed my papers and then spent a few days last week in the south after the expiry date. Immigration on our return at Pyla looked, ask why expired, we said docs in and awaiting new stamp, he issued a 60 visa, not the usual 90 days, smiled and said "no problem"..

Has anybody phoned the immigration office and actually spoken to anyone?

I've phoned that number and it just rings and rings.

Mine went in on 29th Dec.

Pete.
