| Statement from Dopi TV 2/11/2009 Dopi Tv would like to sincerely apologise for the problems our customers have experienced over the last few weeks. The satellite company that we use to send the data to unlock the signal have been sending a weak signal, which has caused the constant interruptions to the service. We have been working tirelessly with them to resolve these problems, and also to implement a back up plan in case these efforts prove fruitless. On Monday 30th November we closed the system down for twelve hours to perform essential maintenance and upgrades which we are currently testing. Today we have started to visit our customers and move their data dishes to a new satellite position and change the software inside the boxes to enable them to unscramble the data. We shall be doing this on an area by area basis and we shall call you the day before we intend to visit you. |

Suggest you try a TRUTHFUL answer... So, you will move to another company... everyone will have to have their data reception dishes moved.. the problems will only happen - AGAIN.. |
