Put that question to the PM at a meeting a few months ago held at the Pia Bella, he replied we could and made a hasty retreat and then was taken aside very quickly by the Minister of Interior who said it was so, written in the Constitution but when I asked which one he too made a quick disappearing act! Not fit for purpose, either of them!
