| Depends where u want to fly to in Rumania, flew from Istanbul to Constanta & back last year for 568tl about 250sterling |

| Stephen - it can be organised but will not be budget unless you can get to somewhere that charters fly from to Rumania Published flights will be easier to organise but of course more expensive. |

| If you want to go in the summer, then there are weekly flights from Antalya with Tarom Romania's National Airline.Don't think these are sheduled flights but then they are Charter. Ian |

| Best way to get there would be to to get a cheap easyjet flight to London Luton, and then a http://www.wizzair.com flight to romania. |

| If you try from Istanbul Ataturk to Bucharest a one way ticket on 14th Jan for example is 104 euros you can google it, hope this helps |

| If you want something different, you might like to consider flying to Istanbul and then going by train from Istanbul to Bucharest. Don't know how much this is now but, when I did the journey several years ago, it was very cheap. Journey time was about 18 hours, train leaving Istanbul every night about 10 pm. It is known as the Bosphorus Express (joke!) and is operated by Turkish, Bulgarian and Romanian Railways. If going to Romania, you use the Romanian carriages on the train. You can get compartments with 1,2 or 3 bunks I seem to recall. The whole journey would best be classed as 'interesting'! |
