Sprouts

gravy made from lamb juices ( not to thin )



Sticky toffee cheese cake with cream



coffee & brandy



A nice bottle of wine

I am into the third week of the new diet that was on the BBC site, the "fast day - feast day" one. This is where you have around 500 calories on day 1 and normal (around 1700 for me) on day 2, then alternate them. after 2 weeks I am now a clear 9 lbs down and feeling fighting fit. As this is my "skinny day" it will be a tuna salad......

Hi we had Ribeye beef, yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, sprouts carrots and green beans with real gravy. followed by plum crumble and custard. Lovely but I need to go on elkitons diet. sounds interesting can you give me more info on this.
