| I am into the third week of the new diet that was on the BBC site, the "fast day - feast day" one. This is where you have around 500 calories on day 1 and normal (around 1700 for me) on day 2, then alternate them. after 2 weeks I am now a clear 9 lbs down and feeling fighting fit. As this is my "skinny day" it will be a tuna salad...... tonye PS rather than derail the thread, if anyone is doing the same let's start a new one! |
