Yes it nearly did but a" know all British neighbor" decide to offer the benefit of his knowledge to the prospective buyers mother and told her you don't want to buy that the builder went bankrupt and did not pay his taxes so you will be liable before you can get the Kocan .I wish he had kept his nose out of my business as I was fully aware of this and had in fact signed an undertaking when I bought ,to pay the stoppage but now this interfeering busy body has buggered up my deal. He probably tried to sell them his villa which although he has the deeds has some major structual defects
