=> I strongly support the idea of an "animal fostering system" - it can be of tremendous help in emergency cases. So. I'll put my money where my mouth is: Daisy, I offer (to help) to obtain a free or paid for domain name and build and maintain (if you should wish me to do it) a website, upload it and make it active. => A web site should have a database. But I can also build a database on my computer with emergency mobile phone numbers - one text message (sent in bulk) could reach all people who subscribed to help. Let's look into it later today. See you!
