| Steve, I have not read this as yet on the news services I use so cant comment. If the law says it is not to go ahead I wonder how many cabin staff (just to be surly) will self certify themselves off work as sick! |

| What I've heard was that many of the BA staff who have taken lucrative redundancy packages were allowed to vote and tried to ruin the company as 'sour grapes'. Richard |

| Tom, it was "live" on BBC News and Sky News. I still think there will be problems as who will want to risk making a booking with BA, knowing that the Union/Management are in dispute. The legal situation was only a technicality, the majority of cabin staff will soon vote again for strike action. |
