| Date: 26/27.12.2009 Day: Saturday/Sunday Time: 08.00 – 18.00 The tour includes: transfer – entertainment program - Lunch Program of the tour: Departure from Kyrenia, transfer to Kumyali village Visiting the old Olive Mill. You will be offered to taste the olive oil and peckmes and special Cyprus tea. Visiting the house of the traditional Cyprus handmade products and goods. The agricultural activities in the Nitovikla Garden Hotel * Preparation of kup kebab and homemade bread * Bread baking in the traditional stone oven and preparation of traditional Cyprus pirogue (pastry kneading and bread baking) |

| During the bread baking time: * Preparation of hellim pies *Preparation of a special pide called Dribidese * Preparation of one of the traditional Cyprus food from wheat by this time the bread will be ready in oven and we will take it out (every family will take one bread) Lunch in Gicha Restaurant, which is located in the natural cave. |

| Lunch Menu: Traditional Cyprus Soup (Soup of the day) The special Parmak Borek from Auntie Latife Green salad, black and green olives 1 cold nonalcoholic drink is included in the price COLD MEZE: Sesame peckmez, boiled Lapsan, guvec from chicken liver, dolma, potato salad with mint, Cyprus traditional marinated vegetables HOT MEZE: hot olives and hellim pies Main dish: Kup kebab (kleftiko) + bulgur pilaf or the baked chicken + potato form Auntie Duriye At the end of the meal: The special prize will be given The vegetarian MENU on special request |

| Sounds like a good day out.If anyone decides to go take some thick coats ,woolly hats,mittens and a hot water bottle.It's freezing in the cave. |

| The cave is not freezing . It is deep and the temperature remains the same ( +20) all year round , so it is cool in summer and warm in winter there. |

| Message 10. Sorry but all the times we have eaten in this cave [restuarant] i have been so cold whether its summer or winter.I am assuming it must be my age then,thin skinned and all that.When we go to eat there again this winter i will still be taking my warm clothes.Dib dib, better prepared than uncomfortable.Whoever goes hope they have an enjoyable evening. |
