Hello,

I live in Beirut and have an account with Creditwest.

Have any other members experienced nothing but problems with the Banks Internet Service.

Latest one is eing asked(quite rightly) to change PIN No and then the programme basically halts!!

Grateful for Creditwest Rep to get this remedied please!

They have tried to update their site & bring in the long awaited features like paying bills on line.

Looks like the update has gone wrong somewhere?

I'm sure it will be fixed ASAP, next week or alternatively they will revert back to the old system until they get the gremlins sorted. Generally their site is up & running. This is only the 2nd time, I've had this problem in 2 yrs with Creditwest.

Keith. Be patient it only went wrong yesterday. In the UK. people would be working over the weekend to sort out a problem like this, but this is not the UK!

Hello everyone finally I can announce our internet service is up and running, some people appear to be having problems entering the service. The screen will prompt a change in password once this has been completed you have to leave the site completely and then return so that the system can update your details. Then there should be no problems, email me direct on pazarlama@creditwestbank.com if you are encountering any other problems.

Hi david9.

You must have been unlucky. I received an email from Deniz at the Catalkoy branch on Friday, telling me that the new service was available.

Creditwestrep. There was a problem over the weekend. After changing the pin number as requested, you could not proceed & even if you logged out & in again, Internet banking was not available. It has been okay today (monday).

Will any more suppliers be available online bill payment in the future? I was hoping to pay Catalkoy belediye online. I can pay them in through the branch, but not online it seems. Same with Telefon Dairessi.

One small problem now for people who do not use online banking. Exchange rates do not seem to be available in the home page of the website anymore?

Hi Scruff

Think I will need to move to Catalkoy does not happen here in the west side. Find top managers ok but below that seems to be adrift in comparison to what it used to be like.

Hi David, not at all the system was activatde on Friday and we prefer to keep a slightly low profile until we get some feeback from your customers, that will allow us time to iron out any problems, then we will advertise in the papers that the service is in full swing.

Great to hear that David, thank you for your custom, apologies for not informing you earlier while visiting one of our branches but as I said we are still testing the waters and will soon make an announcement through local papers one being the Cyprus Today.
