| I too believed this but unfortunately, ismet, it was the only hope for people that had no money to fight court cases. Plus, those who did fight court cases and who did win them, found that the court system COULD be equally ineffective. |

| It all bodes well for the TRNC real estate industry - does it not???!!! And just after everyone has been promised PTP in 30 days! One wonders how much more crap they're going to deal to expats? |

| The PCO was a peace offering to HBPG to stop them demonstrating outside Parliament. Now it has been taken away there has been no equivalent response because apparently the current property situation is acceptable - in other words, the victims are happy to do nothing but instead just accept it. |
