Extend Broadband-is it the end?

3 days with no internet from extend,when i call them all you get is a pack of lies,(no power) kibtek. power go off. problem with transmitter,need re alighning.engineeers working on it now. will be back on in 2 hours. 3 days later,still no internet,lucky i got my dongle.

Any one else experiencing problems ?

If you pay your Extend payment through Paul and Gwyn (Gwyn 0533 869 4371) you get their customer support 7 days a week. We use them. If there is a problem with Extend they normally can tell you when you ring. If they can't then they can find out for you.

We have our Extend service via Paul & Gwyn (ex Internet Club). Their service is really good. We've had no break in service for months

I also have very little trouble with Extend from Paul and Gwyn. It occasionally goes down but hey this is North Cyprus!
