Perhaps you haven't noticed but it is a Muslim country and they do not celebrate Xmas.

pemos. Are you sure you mean Christmas Eve (Xmas eve), 24th December?

I think you maybe mean New Years Eve. 31st December. I've never known the banks here close for Christmas, although I understand far more TCs now "do" Christmas, especially those that formally lived outside the TRNC.

Banks are open 24 and 25 December as far as I know, just a normal working day.

Will probably close early on 31st and closed 1st Jan.

Hi

Surely Sheila's question was 'especially Limassol' - so not a Muslim Country! Not sure about Christmas Eve, but generally as in the UK plus 6th January, the feast of the Epiphany.

Happy Christmas
