Have you tried Atakara? They normally have birthday wrapping paper, worth a look I guess, other than that I think you have to venture closer to Girne. I think Lemar had some.

All Occasions Party Shop, Karaoglanoglu, have 6metre rolls. Also other smaller packets of wrapping paper available.
