You cannot get BBC1 unless you have a huge satellite dish, or fast broadband with paid access to a service provider who sells TV via internet.



If you have a smaller didh (1.8 m or bigger) with limited SKY access (i.e. no BBC1, BBC2, BBC3, BBC4, ITV2, ITV3) you CAN get ITV1 by adding it in to the "Add Channels" meenu 12402V



I myself don't know any cheap way to get BBC1 etc Cheque Book time!

download Identity cloaker and chjange your settings on your computer to say that the PC is in UK and then downlaod for free from BBCI and ITV! websites. Being doing it for years. No need for a dishj no need to pay, just simply download what you want and watch it on your TV when you want. Like I said on another Topic, download them over night and watch thenm th4 following day or night. No adverts this way too.

This explains it and although its mainly a security system you can use it to kisd your computer that you are in any country you tell it. There are many advantages to this and one is being to download BBCI and ITVI without it you cant download from these sites. Try it without and then try it using the demo mode for a few days. You then pay a little amount per year if you find it useful

re-identity Cloaker; It's not that tiny amount each year but if it works it may be worth it. For instance could I use Betfair with it in TRNC? Currently I cannot do so. However, I am wary of downloading these type of programmes as they can be a problem themselves.

When you click on the icon on your desktop it will open a dos window that will ask you to input a chanel. when you do VLC media player will open with the streamed chanel.

corbo yes it is perfectly safe and doesnt affect your PC. As your PC thinks it is in UK you can use all betting sites and even the LOTTO will think you are in UK

Yesterday I was visiting friends in Famagusta and two people spoke of their delight at a new system called 'Showtime'. It is £450 for the first year, and £150 thereafter. Obviously one is paying for some special equipment which has been described as an 'aerial.



But my friends equally think it may be confined to Famagusta. For all I know someone has a huge receiver of some kind. But this is the system which our enquirier has probably heard of. Don't know if it is in Girne, as I have not had time to find out.



As I said, two VERY happy people in Famagusta - but I will try to findout more, if only for myself. If I hear more I will post it on here, but maybe interested parties could check with someone like Tektan in Kyrenia who are reliable and honest. Something I intend to do.

www.my-private-network.co.uk - pay a £5 monthly subscription to hide your ip and watch all channels on bbc iplayer, all you have to do is connect your pc/laptop to your tv and have at least 1mb broadband and you're done!
