We've had favourite films, prob had fav hero, so for a change how about posting your favourite villain(s) of all time. Ones that spring to mind straight away are Darth Vader, Hannibal Lecter, Norman Bates (?), Alex (clockwork Orange), Mr Blonde (resv Dogs)... HOWEVER for me it has to be.... From Apocalypse Now - Col. Walter E. Kurtz - Marlon Brando http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CmW-igeE3kA&feature=related

I agree with Johhny The twins and their Brother Charlie, they were only villians against their own kind, not the ordinary people walking the streets like today, I'm talking personally though

Simon Cowell..... He is the perfect puppet master. He controls exactly what U do in Britains Got Talent and X Factor. He plays these programmes perfectly so that most of the gulible public will talk about him, but more importantly go out and buy the products that he peddles. Susan Boyle may have made 5.5 million from the sales of her album but, no doubt, our dear Simon has made double, if not treble, that from her alone. The same with our Joe. He may have sold 500,000 copies of his single but the majority of the money will end up in our Simon's pocket! I'm actually quite proud that he didn't have the Christmas number 1. But in the small print he even gets some royalties from that song 2! Or another conspiracy theory is that he didn't mind not having the Christmas number 1 but, when you think of it, which song is number 1 at the close of the decade and the 1st 1 of the Teens? Our Joe! I think this is a more highly sort after crown than the Christmas number 1. Did our Simon plan it?

Hans - I feel you must surely be wrong (message 34). Nige posted on another forum today whilst 44 was down that "we must make everyone welcome and help where we can" (or words to that effect - I can't be bothered to look them up and quote them verbatim. So, surely you are mistaken by friend? J

RE msg 35, Jeannie: Yeah. You must be right... He hates bulldozer tactics, talking about people behind their backs, blocking people from his web site and wouldn't try to stir his members up against a certain Dutchman. If he and I lived in the same village he would be my favourite butcher.
