neptune pools, they do the lot, no worries, no having to get new pump, need new lights they fix, and they charge the same as those that just clean!....

Who would be best to find leak?



My pool is on circulate by pool co, but i am losing 1-1.5tonne per day. My balance tank is empty, my pool is now down about 15 inches. No visilble signs of leakage apart from water going missing out of pool.

Get it fixed quick - the leaking water will be eating away at the earth supporting the concrete shell



The more of this soil that is washed away, the greater the strain/ the larger the crack is likely to grow

Yes give Christina a call at Neptune, she is English and so helpful, and does what she says.



We have in the past used Pools R US and Tenas pools, but the service that Neptune can give is more reasuring. Both of the above only do cleaning, but Neptune a full contract.....
