And whether you want to believe me or not the following is fact:

Dopi are still using the same satellite for their decryption signals as they were before and the technical problems have now been sorted. Dopi have been using this satellite for the last 4 years and they have a good relationship with the satellite service provider. I am happy to carry on using them.

When we were out over xmas, we kept getting scrambled channels, is this normal? I don't want to pay a years subscription next month if this is normal and can't be rectified.

Our reception in Karsiyaka is very good it does scramble sometimes but not for very long

I had to call Dopi out (because of the high winds) to realign my 'decoder' dish which they did promptly and have had no problems since.

Service is generally back to normal... that is, with occasional scrambling although Sky News was unwatchable for about a week, but OK since weekend. We have a couple of months left on our current contract... the jury is out on whether we wiill renew.

We have had Dopi for 2yrs,our friends have D.Supreme and over the same time Dopi definately comes out on top,with less down time and problems.

Have to say even though Dopi has had its problems we are more than happy with it and the selection is fantastic.

After all the abuse Namik and his wife suffered,at a time when they were trying their best to sort the problems,it would have been nice for them to get a few apologies from these abusive people,when it returned to normal viewing.Did it happen?No!Not one phone call!

I can understand peoples frustrations but to resort to this was unacceptable.

Well we would like to say THANKYOU to them both.

No it doesnt scramble all the time and yes for the renewal cost its well worth it.

So many people on here giving abuse. Namik did everything he could and credit to him got it sorted. it is fine now, no problems at all.



Im sure if a few of these people who sit behind a computer having a go actually talked to people in a respectful way they might get answers and problems sorted out a lot quicker. If you still have issues with the system now, speak to Namik and im sure he will sort it. Yes they had problems, but im suprised he didnt walk away with the abuse he got.



Where are all the people who were planning to go down in numbers and Demand to pay monthly? Nowhere. its all hot air on a internet forum. How sad. Your sat at home now watching TV.



I was not happy when it went off, but with the system been the way it was ,I understood problems could arise. I rang Namik and everything he told me was the truth. its a good system and for all the problems its had the customer service is great and it works fine now.

Yes of course I am a majority shareholder the same as Izzet just as MM intimated in his postings on another board. It is so easy to buy shares in TRNC companies, you should try it.
