I have been off the Island for quite a while now, but have two friends who want to rent, long term, a two bedroom fully furnished apartment in Kyrenia, with a pool.



What is the usual monthly rent these days they should expect to pay?

About £350 +/-.



You woul need to shop around as some apartments are real dives and others are only partly funished though advertised as 'fully furnished'.



Also, would suggest the best way is to take a week's holiday rental and look around - but you should be aware it's not so easy to find a decent furnished place!



If you key in 'long term rental apartments' at the top of the C44 page - you will get an idea of what is currently available.
