Have a look at this map: http://www.cyprus-maps.co.uk/showmap.php?map=nicosiacitycentre-streetmap&x=850&y=50&z=1

It looks like the street you are looking for is at E5/F5, Ledra (Lidras) Street starts from E2 (Turkish side). That's my interpretation anyway.

Basically, you walk along Ledra Street until you get to the end of the pedestrianised area and turn left - should see the post office on your right hand side, signified by the envelope symbol on the map.
