I have a Kavanlar (Phase 1) 3 bedroom apartment for sale. Phase 1 apartments have 15 sq metres more living area than all other Kavanlar Apartments. The apartment is situated on the ground floor overlooking the swimming pool, and is to be sold fully furnished, all furniture and electrical goods were bought new and are less than two years old. The apartment is tastefully furnished to an extremely high standard and comes with every conceivable extra. There is nothing you would need to purchase to make this apartment more comfortable. Everything that is in the apartment is to be included in the purchase price. Why pay £60k + legal fees and taxes taking the price to nearer £70K for a smaller new apartment and then wait up to two years for the keys? Then the hassle of getting water, electric connected and then you have to go and source and buy the furniture. It’s all here ready to move into!!!! The title deed (Kocan) is ready, just waiting to be picked up. Fixed price of £75,000

Hi Jimmi When you say the deeds are ready to be picked up, does this mean that tax and vat will need to be paid by the purchaser or have you already paid this. If you have paid this would the tax and vat need to be paid again on purchase or change of name. Could you not cancel your ptp and take off the price of the apartment. Sorry so many questioned but this is a genuine enquiry on behalf of a family member as he does like these apartments.

Hi Bazil.....The tax will be paid in a couple of weeks when i am over, then the title deeds will be transferred to me. Dont understand why you would suggest cancelling the Permission To Purchase? In regards to whover purchases the house i woild think they will need to pay tax.....one for the lawyers. If you need any further details or pics drop me a note on ryatlinn@hotmail.co.uk Cheers Jim

RE message 3 As far as I am aware ( someone will put me right if I am wrong ) ( please ) Jimmi's ptp is no good for you-- you will have to apply for your own. The Kocan will not be put into your name until you have it.--- Approx 2/3 years. The system is the same as ' off plan '
