I'm fed up with the childish and hostile emails from people who can hardly spell their own name. No more - I'm out. I have nothing to do with ABCC anymore from now on. I won't take calls or reply to emails anymore.

Just reading a thread about 6xm [ http://www.cyprus44.com/forums/28792.asp ] reminded me of a suggestion I wrote on another board. So why not post it here also. Only five days ago we wished each other here and there "a happy, prosperous etc New Year" - did we mean it? If so, why not start this new year with a general pardon for all long and short time banned members? It may calm down the sometimes too excited moods. All of us know the rules here, it's up to us how 2010 will be. Furthermore I offer everybody here to communicate again (no exceptions), I'm sure it can be done in a civilised way.

Attack is the best form of defence , and i think thats what's going on here on this forum . " Someone " ! starts up an emotive topic " innocently " ! and then when members rise to the bait , new members suddenly appear who go on to add the fuel . Not rocket science eh ? Hans being on this board is just a bonus for these people . They know Hans is not going to take it lying down and thats why they bait him . There is only so much a person can take before reacting . I had such e-mails sent to me last year , in my mind i know who it was then and i know who it is now , and nobody will convince me otherwise . The mods are really trying to do their doing their best , but it doesn't always look that way to some people , but believe you me things are being done all the time , it's very time consuming and thankless having to check double identities when so many of you have them , most are innocent so we turn a blind eye , but you still have to make sure you are investigating the right person

Yet another interpersonal dispute thread that can be of no interest to prospective new members or those who have no idea of the history behind the nastiness. If this site really does want new members to come along and take a look and join up, those involving themselves in this childish battle of egos would do well to go to the index and take a look at all the posts that seem to start with [CAPS] titles and the word FINAL featuring in them where dummies are being spat out, details from private emails being divulged, name calling, accusations of criminal activity and waddever and try to see it all through the eyes of a prospective new member who found the site because they were interested to find out more about Northern Cyprus, living in Northern Cyprus, holidaying in Northern Cyprus, buying property in Northern Cyprus and other related stuff. It is absolutely NO recommendation for the ex pat Brit community there!
