We are moving to TRNC September 1st and havent found a villa to rent yet! We want something for 6 to 12 months and preferably not at holiday rates as this is for long term residential. We dont have young children and will both be working. I would prefer villages closest to Girne but anything fully furnished with pool would be appreciated. Many of the estate agents have villas for rent. Why not come out stay in a cheapy hotel for a few days visit the estate agents and find a house in an area that you like. rates are about £350 - £500 per month for a 3 bedroom villa with pool.

Have heard a few negatives about some of the estate agents that I would prefer to rent directly from owner if possible. - thanks to all the people that have emailed me about available property - think we will be spoilt for choice and benefit for owners, no agents fees to pay for letting!

I had a look at the http://www.wish2rent.co.uk website and you can rent properties direct from the owners and they even have an SMS text alert for property owners when someone contacts the owner through the site.

We have a 2 bed 2 bath detached bungalow in own garden for rent. The bungalow overlooks a large communal pool. It is fully furnished with quality fitments and has all white goods including dishwasher and microwave.

It is situated on coast road below Esentepe. It has sea and mountain views.

The rent would be £300.00 per month excluding water and electric. It is available from end of August. This is not just a holiday home, the neighbours are full time residents. Please contact me off board if you are interested.

A 3 bedroom villa, 1.5 miles from Kyrenia and 500 metres from secluded cove. The house is fully airconditioned with shutters, has 2 good sized downstairs bedrooms with 2 new single beds each and built in wardrobes and an upstairs master bedroom with double bed, built in ward robes and ensuite. Downstairs kitchen and living room area is open plan. The kitchen has all new white goods including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, gas cooker, microwave, washing machine. Living room has new cane suite and tv and video player and large fireplace. Downstairs bathroom and ensuite have electric showers.
