| Explored this last year....If you don't find a ready made one that suits your project, depending on the width, pool overflow grills may be an option as they are strong enough to walk on. Any of the ironwork shops, e.g in the roads next to the High St Girne will make them up for you by welding crossbars onto a length of steel bar in whatever sizes / thicknesses you want depending on the load...we were looking at it supporting water lorries ! Also if you go to the south I have seen them n 3 x 1M packs in Superhome last year. best regards TonyE |

| Hi Pipie. Go on to bcprofiles.co.uk website. They sell ACO Hex drain channel grating in 1mtr lengths. I shipped out 21mtrs of ACO drain channel grating plus all the fittings required last year from the above company. The total weight came to 56kg BC charged me £70 for the air freight charge into Larnaca. The advantage no UK vat and no import duty into the south. I have used the grating to divert rainwater from around our terrace to a drain. Check with the manufacturer ACO for availability on the island. AP |
