Hi thanks for the info on my previous e-mail. Next ? is it difficult to rent out properties over there at the moment as there sounds like a lot of places vacant. Also there are a few places i've seen for sale( web sites) that have 3 apartments one title and large houses that the agents say could be used for bed and breakfast etc. This by the sounds of things would not be easy to do as you would need a work permit, would they let you have one in this situation.Thanks again

I think it is very easy to rent over here if you have the right property in the right location. That, of course, is the $64m question - what is that property and where??! Have a chat with some estate agents to see what kind of property is popular and what sort of rental rates can be achieved. For example, if you are looking for a long term renter then a small apartment (1 or 2 beds) in the centre of Kyrenia could be a good investment.
