like we do in the UK? Also, I've got a satellite dish in the new place I'm moving in to. Is it just a case of 'plug and play' as it were? Or will I need to buy some sort of receiver. If so, anyone any suggestions where to buy and cost? Thanks.

Dear all, sorry to pester but I've got a satellite dish in the new place I'm moving in to. Do you know if it's just a case of 'plug and play' as it were? Or will I need to buy some sort of receiver to pick up signals. If so, anyone any suggestions where to buy and cost?

Pippie What you will receive depends on what your dish is pointing at. Yes you will require a receiver. Go to Tektan in Girne, they have all sorts available. They will also align your dish for best results. I recommend that you have it pointed at Nilesat as this provides a number of free to air english language channels. Paul
