You can afford to sell this less as you know 7 and 5 years ago the prices were its lowest I believe approx you pay for this 65000, the current market value therefore would be 85000, of course it depends if you have the full deeds not just shared or field deeds.



Let me know if you are planning to sell this or 85000 or would like to exchage it with an 3 bed apt central kyrenia with full deeds.
