Just gathering some information.......

Does anyone out there on the forum have direct experience of living in the North and working in the south?

As a Uk citizen I am aware of the 2003 "Freedom of....blah blah" and wondered if anyone out there knows details of the ROC Register of Aliens and tax registration procedures ?
