Hoping that somebody can help us, we have central heating and the boiler has packed in. We require the name of the agent in Lefkosa or Girnie and the make of the model is DemirDokum Solaris or perhaps we have a boiler engineer that is familiar with this that could help us.

russell, give Norman a call on 0533 8664715 he is familiar with most makes of boiler and is a very good service engineer.

Norman was down here like a flash this morning but he is unable to fix it. Apparently Norman thinks it needs a new circuit board. Though Norman could not repair this morning we would also recommend Norman for any plumbing repairs or work

I don't know if this helps but the Demir dokum shop/office in Lefkosa used to be just pass the hospital and before the 1st roundabout on the left side. I haven't looked for it for a while but when I went there it was where the installers got there orders from and the woman who runs it spoke pretty good english.
