Sorry but more Orams cases questions!

so the Orams were found 'guilty' of tresspass and damages

how did the GC PROVE the orams were tresspassing and for how long? other than the fact they knocked on the door and Linda Oram answered it?

If any documents made out in TRNC cannot be used in the court of law, how did they prove how long the Orams were in that house, ie date of purchase (as they dont recognise the purchase agreement made in the TRNC) the title deeds, tax payments, utiility bills?

how did they agree the time frame which to pay the "back rent" ?

and how did they prove the orams instructed anyone to build on it? if again, any contracts signed in the TRNC are not legally recognised??

I understood that Apostolides actually visited the Orams at the house.

I'd like to know how the £300 per month rent was arrived at.

Yh they knocked on the door and the Orams opened it.

But in court how did they PROVE the Orams were 'tresspassing' for X amount of time?

The orams could of just said we were here on holiday for 2 weeks?

what did they use as the basis for coming to agree on the time frame for which to charge back payments?

If they cannot use the title deeds or purchase agreement?

Utility bills?

even if there was an Inside job

what documents were used in the court of law to provide the Proof?

Some sort of concrete/documented evidence is needed to show the time the Orams moved in to the present day in order to:

A) provide proof the orams were phisically tresspassing and

B) to arrive at the total lenght of time in order to calculate the costs.

surly the court didnt just take someones word for it?

i think this is a very important point

If it was indeed the title deeds that were used as the 'proof' that the Orams were tresspassing and also used as the offical start date for back claims then YES it it important wether title deeds are in YOUR NAME

if it was utility bills for example, then the TRNC gov should come up with a way to change the names on the Bills, and also stop any GC from getting their hands on peoples details.

You see...thats why i want to know what was the evidence used to PROVE the Orams were tresspassing and for how long.....
