URGENT computer repair needed

I have a laptop that needs attention, won't go past the start up screen, is saying start windows normally or to last known good configuration. I had a feeling there may be a virus since last Friday night when it started playing up but arrived home tonight to "dead as a dodo". I have been told of a great techi guy from Alsancak called Keith but the people who told me about him no longer have his number. Any help would be gratefully received.

At the friendship roundabout (New Harbour Roundabout) head towards Catalkoy. When you get to Erdener's supermarket which will be on your left. Look for the Moz Plaza immediately on your right. The computer shop there is excellent (sorry can't remember the name). My friend took her laptop in there, she was getting the dreaded blue screen. She was using Vista at the time, they upgraded her to Windows 7 without destroying all her installed applications. She paid 40tl. Also I bought a small compact wireless keyboard and mouse in there for 25tl when Turkcell top of high street were charging 99tl for the same model. They speak English and are very friendly.

If you are the Alsancak side. Soy@cam, just past Lemar on the left next to Boray are very good and very helpful.
